Majestic Structures

Majestic Structures rebuilds the Overworld's vanilla structures in the Majestic style, starting with the mineshafts: the Order's old workings, dug by the creatures of the Majestic Bestiary. Every replacement can be switched off from the config.

What's new

v0.2.0-beta.10 - Manor construction pass

The Arcane Manor is better built and more compact: no more floating railings, cleaner walls and fewer wings. No other gameplay changes.

Fixed

  • Floating stair railings: the railings along the grand staircases hung in mid-air at each step height. Both flanks now have a solid cheek up to the step with the railing on top.
  • Great hall and library stairs: the great hall staircase no longer sits inside the outer wall (its flank railing used to stick out of the building) and the library gallery railing no longer hangs over the stairwell opening.
  • Walls: the random brick/plank noise is gone. Walls are now a clean arcane_brick field between the log posts and beams, with windows in pairs separated by a solid pier.

Changed

  • More compact manor: the jigsaw size went from 3 to 2, so a manor now has about 8 pieces instead of about 13.

Notes

  • Manors that are already generated in your world do not change; explore new chunks or create a new world.
  • Requires Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.259 or newer (Java 21), plus Expedition Core, Majestic Bestiary, Majestic Core, Astral Core, Regalia Slots API and GeckoLib.
