In this mod zombies and all their variants can infect you. You only can delay the infection with golden apples or cure yourself with a totem or a new nether wart potion so, if you are playing in hardcore mode, be carefull with zombies

What's new
Now there's a 3/100 chance of infecting in Normal difficulty and a 1/100 chance in Easy difficulty.
Infecting adds bad effects over time.
Eating Rotten Flesh can infect you even in Peacefull difficulty.
New items: Zombie Hearts. This new items are edible and bring you a benefitial potion effect and Infecting II.
