Maik's Zombie Infection

In this mod zombies and all their variants can infect you. You only can delay the infection with golden apples or cure yourself with a totem or a new nether wart potion so, if you are playing in hardcore mode, be carefull with zombies
Be carefull with Zombiees! Now only in difficulty Hard Zombies, Drowneds, Husks, Zombie Villagers, Zombified Piglins and Zoglins have a 5 % chance per hit to bring you a new potion effect: Infecting. DON'T DRINK MILK OR YOU ARE DEAD!
When the effect expires you dye and a Zombie replaces you. Golden Apples will give you 30 mins. of live and Enchanted Golden Apples will give you 60 mins. But they won't cure you.
You only can be cured if you have a Totem at the moment the effect expires or drinking a new potion: Nether Wart Potion.
