MaeVisuals 1.0.7 - NeoForge 1.21.11

Fixes:
- Fixed ParticleLimiter crash.
- Fixed Galaxy sky artifacts (stars are now disabled by default).
- Fixed menu text colors (text is now white; White theme uses a black outline for readability).
- Fixed duplicate menu items and mouse click inputs.

Features:
- Backported the new Chinese Hat with realistic mass-spring physics and baked lighting.
- Backported the new Cape physics (properly anchored to the back with wind simulation).
- Added a 2D TNT Timer HUD (fully customizable in the HUD Editor).
- Added 6 new themes (Dark Red, Emerald, Ocean, Deep Purple, Rose, Amber).
- Added a magnifying glass icon to the search bar.

Cleanup:
- Removed redundant code comments from renderers.
