MaeVisuals 1.0.7 - NeoForge 26.3

Fixes:
- Fixed ParticleLimiter crash (NumberFormatException).
- Fixed player nickname being replaced by rank prefixes.
- Fixed mouse clicks across all 22 custom menus (SDL input update).
- Fixed Bloom and Saturation shaders overexposure.
- Fixed Galaxy sky artifacts (stars are now disabled by default).

Features:
- Premium Chinese Hat 2.0 with mass-spring physics and baked vertex lighting.
- Realistic Cape physics (anchored to the back, wind simulation).
- Added a 2D TNT Timer HUD (fully customizable in the HUD Editor).
- Added 6 new themes with improved text contrast.
- Added a magnifying glass icon to the search bar.

Cleanup:
- Removed code comments and optimized final JAR naming.
