Concussion: Shockwave hits apply Slowness. Higher enchantment levels increase the effect level and duration, and additionally apply Weakness, Mining Fatigue, and Nausea. Remove a random positive effect at lvl 5. weapon hit increase effect lvl by 1

Implosion: The shockwave no longer knocks enemies outward, but instead pulls them inward. Higher enchantment levels add a suction effect toward the shockwave's center. does nothing without shockwave.
