Disables the mace when you hit a player. The cooldown doesen't start if you hit a entity.

Description
A simple Fabric PvP mod that adds a customizable cooldown to the Mace (use /macemod config maceCooldownSeconds (the length you want to disable the mace in seconds) in chat). The cooldown only starts when you hit another player with the mace Smash Attack. Normal hits on the ground and PvE combat work completely normally.
