Big bugfix update

- Access tags using tag.wrapper to make tags show up on server and client

- Fix Ethereal item entities rubberbanding on Ethereal blocks

- Fix being unable to break blocks while Astral in the overworld

- Fix crash while sprinting over Ethereal blocks

- Increase mining speed by 5x while airborne and Astral (which effectively removes the airborne mining speed penalty)
