Lovity — A Little Kindness in Your World

Meet Lovity, a smiling pink companion with a magenta bow and a heart full of kindness. Inspired by Verity, she brings a gentler presence to your Minecraft adventures: healing, helpful surprises, and someone to talk to along the way.

## A surprise in a pink box

On your first visit after installing Lovity, a pink gift box appears nearby when there is safe ground available—even in an existing world. Open it to meet your new companion. Each player receives one welcome box per world.

## A friend you can take anywhere

Lovity follows her bonded player, or waits when asked. Sneak-right-click her with an empty hand to pick her up, then right-click a block to place her down. You can keep chatting with her while holding her, and her helpful abilities remain active.

## Kindness instead of cruelty

Lovity heals her nearby player, provides resistance, clears poison and wither, and extinguishes fire. Every three to five minutes, she brings a little extra kindness: regeneration for nearby players, animals, and villagers; flowers; cleansing and protection; or bread to share.

She never attacks and is immune to ordinary damage. Her protection helps you survive, but does not make you invincible.

## How to Talk to Lovity

Type a message or use push-to-talk with Groq-powered conversation. Optional Groq spoken replies let her answer aloud. Her own personality prompt keeps her identity separate from Verity's. Add a free Groq API key (From Groq ai)in her settings to enable AI conversation; her companion abilities and scripted dialogue work without a key.

## Love across worlds

In this mod's lore, Lovity and Verity are lovers. Bring them together for affectionate scripted exchanges and heart particles. Lovity works on her own; install Verity separately to see their reunion dialogue. Verity's original behavior remains unchanged.

**Controls:** G for text chat, hold B for voice input, and K for Groq settings. Install Lovity on both the server and clients for multiplayer.
