Lost City Terrain Fit (WWOO and Vanilla)

Big Lost City's ruins sit in the world's own terrain: no floating pads, no flattened hills. Optionally adds the big buildings to every biome.

Description

Big Lost City's buildings stamp a flat pad onto the world. On a slope, half the footprint floats and half is carved into a level shelf. **Lost City Terrain Fit** makes them belong to the land.

## What it does
- **Seated on the footprint's floor.** Buildings settle into the ground, or onto the seabed under water, instead of perching on one heightmap sample.
- **No carving.** Hills keep their shape and climb into the outer rooms. Ground is drawn up beneath the pad; nothing above it is cut away.
- **The world shows through.** The biome's own grass, sand and stone replace the template's pad, seas flood the ruins standing in them, and footings prop up any overhang.
- **Big buildings in every biome (optional).** Skyscrapers, the power plant, houses, the store, the warehouse and the ferris wheel can appear in any overworld biome, oceans included. Big Lost City only puts them in plains.

Tuned against **William Wythers' Overhauled Overworld**'s dramatic terrain, but works with any overworld.

## Requirements
- **Big Lost City** 1.0.1+ (required)
- NeoForge 1.21.1
- Server-side world generation: install it on the server. Single-player needs it in the client's mods folder. Players joining a server don't need it.

Only newly generated chunks are affected. Safe to add to an existing world.

## Configuration
`config/lostcityterrainfit-common.toml`

| Option | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| `terrainFit.enabled` | `true` | Seating, no-carve, ground drawn up beneath, and ground running through the ruins. Off means buildings generate exactly as Big Lost City ships them. |
| `allBiomeBuildings.enabled` | `true` | Big buildings can start in every overworld biome. |
| `allBiomeBuildings.chance` | `1.0` | Share of placement attempts kept (0.0 to 1.0). Lower it to thin them out. |

Datapack-overridable:
- **Spacing:** structure set `lostcityterrainfit:all_biome_buildings` (spacing 20, separation 8)
- **Biome list:** biome tag `#lostcityterrainfit:all_biome_buildings`

## Modpacks
Free to include (PolyForm Shield 1.0.0). Big Lost City is All Rights Reserved and is **not** bundled, so declare it as a dependency in your pack.

Originally built for [Dungeon Train](https://modrinth.com/mod/dungeon-train), which bundles this mod.
