What it does:

Lootr Liaison smooths out structure chests when you run Lootr. It waits for worldgen to finish, then finalizes containers once so Lootr can handle them without double-converting or odd timing. If you have Artifacts, it also gates mimic rolls so each chest gets at most one mimic check and you avoid loops or weird spawns.

Suppresses the "block entity had its loot table set before its level was set" log spam during worldgen.
