What's new

Phase 1 — Secure Log4j Installation: 97% complete
The core Log4j safety layer is now mostly complete and stable. Dangerous logger updates have been moved out of early loading/bootstrap stages to reduce freeze risk. Only final edge-case fixes, cleanup, and validation remain before this phase is fully closed.
