🕵 LogicSense : Tactical Stealth & Enhanced AI

Minecraft's vanilla mobs are robotic—they track you through walls with zero realistic limitations. LogicSense completely rewrites Minecraft's AI from scratch, turning every encounter into a tense, tactical stealth-action game.

To survive, you must use shadows, mask your sounds, orchestrate distractions, manage your wounds, and outsmart enemies that truly see, hear, smell, and feel your presence.

👁️ I. Realistic Vision & Camouflage

No more all-seeing eyes. Enemies now process the world through human-like sight cones and environmental factors:

👁️ 150° True Field of View (FOV): Mobs only see what is physically in front of them. Sneak directly behind an enemy without being detected.
✋ Sixth Sense (Hitbox Touch): Physically bumping into a mob (within 0.5 blocks) instantly alerts them.
🔍 Transparent Glass: Mobs see through glass blocks/panes up to 15 blocks away(Coloured glass blocks the vision). Watch out: any arrow hitting a glass block instantly shatters it!
🚩 Banner Blindspots: Hanging banners completely block mob line-of-sight, serving as emergency hiding spots.
👤 Stealth Postures: Sneaking reduces your visibility to 60%; crawling or swimming drops it to a mere 30%.
🌿 Foliage Camouflage: Hiding in tall grass/ferns reduces visibility to 40%. Walking through short grass or crops reduces it to 75%.
🧪 Invisibility Potion Fix: Base invisibility makes you 10% visible, but every equipped armor piece adds 15% visibility. Strip down to be completely hidden!

☀️ II. Dynamic Lighting & Nocturnal Sight

Daylight and darkness actively dictate vision ranges:

☀️ Diurnal (Daytime) Mobs: Vision is cut by 50% in pitch-black conditions, but operates at 100% in broad daylight (Applied for Illagers only not for monsters).
🌙 Nocturnal (Nighttime) Mobs: Vision is buffed to 120% in pitch-black conditions. However, shining a bright light directly in their faces reduces their vision range to 80%.

🔊 III. Sound Sources & Acoustic Masking

Every step, broken block, or opened door vibrates through the world.

🎵 The Noise Grid

🏃 Sprinting: 20-block sound radius (0 blocks on Wool).
💧 Water Movement: 10-block radius walking, 16-block radius swimming.
⛏️ Block Breaking: 15-block radius (completely silent if crouching).
🚪 Interactive Blocks: Doors, buttons, and chests create a 6-block sound radius (silenced if insulated with Wool).
🏹 Projectile Impact: Arrows landing make a 12-block sound radius. Breaking glass creates a louder 15-block radius.
👣 Mob Footsteps: Walking mobs generate a 10-block sound radius (12 in water) every 0.5 seconds.
💥 Falling: Generates a noise radius of 15 blocks + 0.7x the fall distance (capped at 32 blocks).

🌧️ Environmental Masking

🌧️ Heavy Rain: Cuts all noise radii by 40%.
🌊 Flowing Fluids: Being within 2 blocks of flowing water/lava reduces your noise radius by 30%. (Note: Masking never drops noise below a 20% minimum cap).

🎯 IV. Tactical Distractions & Decoys

Manipulate enemy movement to clear pathways:

❓ Investigate the Source: Shoot an arrow nearby; enemies will look at the impact, turn toward the source, and walk over to investigate.
💥 Shatter & Lure: Break a window with an arrow to lure guards away. Investigating mobs move 5% faster (Endermen rush at 1.5x speed).
🐺 "Boy Who Cried Wolf" Mechanic: Firing 4 or more distraction projectiles in rapid succession annoys the mob, causing them to ignore all distractions for the next 5 minutes.

⏳ V. Smart Tactical AI & Delayed Reactions

Threat processing is organic instead of instant:

⏳ Delayed Recognition: Standing within 5 blocks triggers an instant attack. At their maximum vision limit, it takes up to 3 seconds of continuous line-of-sight for them to target you.
⚡ Panic Mode: Attacking a mob from behind triggers a 5-second Panic State, granting them 360° awareness to find you.
🧠 Predictive Tracking: If you break line-of-sight, mobs calculate your movement direction and search your predicted location for 8 seconds before giving up.
🚨 High Alert State: Once spotted, mobs enter a high-alert state with hyper-fast reaction times for 30 seconds.

🗡️ VI. Backstabs, Silent Takedowns & Alarms

Clear enemy outposts methodically:

🗡️ Backstab (5× Melee Damage): Strike horizontally from behind with a Sword, Axe, or Trident within ~2.45 blocks to deal 5x damage (enables drop-down assassinations!).
💀 One-Shot Silent Kills: Killing an enemy in a single hit prevents them from alerting others and leaves an invisible "corpse" at the death location for 10 seconds.
❗ Shock & Awe: If a guard spots an allied corpse within 16 blocks, they instantly sound the alarm and broadcast coordinates to armed allies.
🔔 Dynamic Alarm System: Spotted or taking non-lethal damage causes mobs to scream, alerting allies within 24 blocks.
👥 Squad Leaders: Armed groups dynamically assign a Threat Leader within 40 blocks.
🧏 Deaf Mobs: Certain mobs are deaf to auditory alarms. They completely ignore noise and screams and must physically see the danger to react (mobs senses will be adjuatable soon).

🏃 VII. Civilian Panic & Smart Hiding

Defenseless mobs (like Villagers) have entirely new survival instincts:

😨 Contagious Fear: Scared civilians infect nearby allies within 16 blocks, stacking fear levels up to a max of 4.
🏡 Smart Run for Home: Villagers scan a 32-block radius for homes, prioritizing houses with fewer than 5 occupants. They will slam wooden doors shut once inside.
🏃 Desperate Flight: If no safe homes are available, civilians will desperately scatter and flee up to 16 blocks away from the danger zone.

🩸 VIII. Bloodhound Instinct (The Scent of Blood)

Predators can smell your wounds:

🩸 The Scent of Weakness: Hostile mobs and predators smell targets below 50% health within 24 blocks.
🐾 The Chase: Predators sprint to your coordinates at 1.3x speed. If they don't reach you in 5 seconds, they perform a rapid 360° spin to sniff the area.

📍 IX. Guard Post Instinct & Tactical Blasts

📍 Guard Post: Guard mobs record their starting position. Once the area is safe, they will navigate back to their post.
💥 Explosion Reactions: Hearing Range = Explosion Power × 8 blocks. Guards rush to the crater edge at 1.3x speed, while passives flee for 8 seconds.
⚔️ Vengeful Attack: Hitting a mob from a hidden spot triggers a 5-second rush phase where they charge your strike coordinates, followed by a rapid spin search to flush you out.

⚙️ X. Compatibility & Polish

🤝 Native Mod Support: Automatically recognizes Guards and custom Illagers from it Takes a Pillage mod .
✨ Visual Polish: Alerted, investigating, or fleeing mobs display Angry Villager particles. Hard falls generate Campfire smoke.
