This is an unofficial port of Locksmith by Jacksonhardaway, it does not require Pollen.

Locksmith provides a simple and straightforward way to protect your items while providing an immersive experience.

🌟 Key Features:

• 🚪 Lock Any Block: Protect doors, trapdoors, fence gates, chests, barrels, and custom blocks using crafted keys and locks!
• ⚠️ Lock Protection & Retrieval:
  • Breaking a locked block will NOT drop the lock!
  • The only way to retrieve a placed Lock or Lock Button is to Sneak + Right-Click on it with the matching Key (or Keyring).
• 🛠️ Locksmithing Table: Craft, duplicate, and configure keys, locks, and lockable redstone buttons.
• 🗝️ Keyring :
  • Combine up to 8 keys into a single Keyring directly from your inventory or crafting table.
  • Interactive UI: Right-click the keyring to view, add, or remove keys.
  • Tooltip Preview: Hover over a Keyring to see all attached keys and their labels at a glance!
• 🕵️ Lockpicking Minigame: A fun yet challenging skill-based minigame to break into things you aren't supposed to (can be toggled in config).
• ⚙️ Server Friendly & Configurable: Fully configurable for server owners who want to disable all griefing of locked blocks, including lockpicking.

💻 Commands (Added in this Port):

• 🪓 /locksmith (or /locksmithing) [player]: Open the Locksmithing Table anywhere on the fly!
• ➕ /locksmith lockable add : Dynamically make any vanilla or modded block lockable without editing files!
• ➖ /locksmith lockable remove : Remove a block from the custom lockable list.
• 📋 /locksmith lockable list: View all custom lockable blocks currently registered.

🚀 What's New & Improvements (Compared to 1.19):

• 🚫 No Pollen Dependency: Completely standalone, powered by modern loader architectures (Fabric & Forge for 1.20.1, Fabric & NeoForge for 1.21.1).
• 👨‍🌾 Smart Villager AI: Villagers will no longer open locked doors!
• 🪨 Vanilla Grindstone Support: Reset used keys, locks, and lock buttons back to blank versions using a standard vanilla Grindstone.
• 📦 Double Chest Improvements: Locks automatically transfer when breaking half of a double chest.
• 🔍 Fixed JEI Integration: All recipes (including lock crafting with blank locks) now display properly in JEI.
• ⛏️ Fixed Block Drops: The Locksmithing Table and Lock Buttons drop properly when mined in Survival.
