Initial Forge port for Minecraft 1.21.8.

  • Ported Local Identity Forge to Minecraft 1.21.8 / Forge 58.1.22.
  • Updated Forge EventBus subscription compatibility for the EventBus 7 package layout.
  • Preserved local-name configuration, persistence, reset-to-account behavior, deterministic offline UUIDs, and private/LAN connection scoping.
