Initial Forge port for Minecraft 1.9.4.

  • Ported Local Identity Forge to Minecraft 1.9.4 / Forge 12.17.0.2051.
  • Preserved local-name configuration, persistence, reset-to-account behavior, deterministic offline UUIDs, and private/LAN connection scoping.
  • Uses the generation-specific legacy Forge/FML, GUI, LAN-selection, and session compatibility layer.
  • Exact Minecraft 1.9.4 compatibility and the canonical MantiCore update-check endpoint are embedded.
  • Fresh build/remap completed successfully.

Dedicated two-client runtime verification for this exact port remains separate from the build verification record.
