Initial Forge port for Minecraft 1.12.

  • Ported Local Identity Forge to Minecraft 1.12 / Forge 14.21.1.2387.
  • Preserved local-name configuration, persistence, reset-to-account behavior, deterministic offline UUIDs, and private/LAN connection scoping.
  • Uses the generation-specific legacy Forge/FML compatibility layer.
  • Exact Minecraft 1.12 compatibility and the canonical MantiCore update-check endpoint are embedded.
  • Fresh build/remap completed successfully.

Dedicated two-client runtime verification for this exact port remains separate from the build verification record.
