New — NeoForge support

• loadouttc-1.0.1+1.21.1-neoforge.jar runs on NeoForge 21.1+ with no Fabric API needed.
• Curios is read through its real API on NeoForge (no reflection), so a Curios update that renames something fails the build instead of failing silently at runtime.
• Accessories works on both loaders from the same code.
• The config button comes from NeoForge's built-in mod list, so Mod Menu is not needed there.

Changed

• Jar names now carry the loader: ...-fabric.jar / ...-neoforge.jar. The two are not interchangeable.
• New size presets below S: XS 0.65x and XXS 0.50x.
• Auto now resolves to 0.80x instead of 1.00x.
• New configs start with slot labels hidden.

Fixed

• The Design screen showed an empty list on any non-English client: section headers were matched against a translated label while the tab id stayed raw, so nothing matched. Both loaders were affected.
• Field labels (Helmet, Chestplate, Offhand, Empty) were English in every language; they now go through the translation layer.
• Two stale classes from an old build were being packaged into the jar.
