Loading Timer Release v1.3

Changes from v1.3-Beta2

- Added Polish Translation (#17)

 

Changes From v1.2.4 (Since this is a full release)

- Added Base Lang System for translation

- Replaced logging output system with apache log4j

- Log output for debugging now exists

- Fabric API Is Now Suggested instead of Required

- Added Swedish Translation (#16)

- Added Upside Down Translation

- Added a new config called "No Exception" (More info about it should be located on our new github wiki page at https://github.com/Blobanium/Loading-Timer/wiki/Config-Guide)

- Loading timer now registers the config and starts the timer on a new "preLaunch" Entrypoint, instead of relying on a mixin.

- Added a modmenu discord link that goes to our new discord server.

- Fixed the config not working

- Fixed a bug in where loading timer doesn't work properly when you change resolutions. (#11)
