-Added Swedish Translation
-Added Upside Down Translation
-Added a new config called "No Exception" (More info about it should be located on our new github wiki page at https://github.com/Blobanium/Loading-Timer/wiki/Config-Guide)
-Loading timer now regesters the config and starts the timer on a new "preLaunch" Entrypoint
-Added a modmenu discord link that goes to our new discord server.
-Fixed the config not working
-Fixed a bug in where loading timer doesn't work properly when you change resolutions. (#11)
