Linger - Better Loading Screens

First release. While a world or server loads, you see the last thing you saw there instead of the plain loading background, and it fades smoothly into the game once you are in. Leaving a world keeps it on screen while it saves. Optional blur and darkening, adjustable fade time, one snapshot per world and per server.
