Lightning Tweaks

• Moved all debug messages to a logger instance specific to Lightning Tweaks. This is just overall a better method for logging since it reduces code clutter and allows for a lot more control over when and how the messages are displayed.
• Created a new class that effectively acts as a wrapper for the logger instance.
• Changed the postInit method in the mod class to be static.
• Added a preInit method in the mod class that for now just sets up the logger.
• Updated a few debug messages for more consistent formatting and relevant information.

There are no changes to gameplay in this update.
