What's new

Fixes an issue in 1.20+ where Libra would not take any damage in its balanced form.

Changes:
- Balanced Libra form no longer takes fixed damage from attacks.
- Balanced Libra form is now immune to all potion effects, good or bad, with the exception of Bad Omen and Hero of the Village for gameplay purposes.
