An Origins Addon - Libra

- Changed Libra's evil primary to deal 75% more melee damage and 100% more projectile damage as opposed to adding flat damage (early game nerf, about the same power late game).

- Added every curse and blessing to the curses or blessings Libra can get when evil or good to make collecting with tablets a bit less painful. This is done to keep Libra on their toes, as some of the curses you can get are rather severe.

- Changed Shulk's withdraw ability to fully blind you (can't see anything), give you full knockback immunity (can still get pushed around tho) and completely prevent jump. It also blocks projectile damage you may try to deal now, all you can do is throw potions or eat / use items.

- Changed Curse of the Dwarf to make the player even smaller. To compensate for this, movement speed and jump height are enough to climb up half slabs and run at an alright pace.

- Fixed an exploit where blessed elytrian could fly without the use of fireworks.
