Fixes Better Combat offhand attacks bypassing LevelZ weapon requirements
A lightweight compatibility patch for LevelZ and Better Combat on Fabric 1.20.1.
Better Combat can attack using an offhand weapon, while LevelZ normally checks the player’s main-hand item. This can allow stat-locked weapons to bypass LevelZ requirements when used from the offhand.
This mod fixes that by checking the actual ItemStack selected by Better Combat against LevelZ’s existing requirements.
If the weapon is locked, the mod cancels the attack before startUpswing(), prevents the animation and damage, stops combo progression, displays LevelZ’s normal requirement message, and performs the same validation server-side.
No separate progression config is used. LevelZ’s existing item and weapon restrictions are respected automatically.

This mod was made primarily for the Path of the Ascended modpack, but you can use it if it works for you. I take no responsiblilty for issues it may cause in your own modpacks, and will likely not update it or port it to any other version/loader unless I need to for PotA.
