Level 10 Enchantments

Compatibility-only port of the current 1.5.1 gameplay baseline to Minecraft 1.21.3.

• Preserves all acquisition, balance, anvil, effect, Elytra, and client-rendering policies.
• Contains the 28 supported rules available in this vanilla release; Lunge is not backported.
• Built and verified independently on the mc/1.21.3 branch and by GitHub CI with Java 21, Fabric Loader 0.19.3, and Fabric API 0.114.1+1.21.3.

Minecraft 1.21.3 兼容移植：

• 完整保留当前 1.5.1 的获取、平衡、铁砧、效果、鞘翅和客户端渲染策略。
• 保留该原版版本实际支持的 28 条规则，不反向移植尚不存在的突进附魔。
• 已在独立 mc/1.21.3 分支及 GitHub CI 上使用 Java 21、Fabric Loader 0.19.3 与 Fabric API 0.114.1+1.21.3 构建并通过校验。
