1.5.0: Configuration and enhanced zombies
Block destruction settings
Server admins can now choose which blocks Herobrine can break, with separate lists for mining and thrown pickaxe attacks. Use block registry names such as minecraft:stone.
The default list includes common stone variants, dirt, grass, sand, gravel, clay, ores (including deepslate ores), netherrack, end stone, obsidian, and other building blocks. Bedrock, portals, command blocks, and other critical blocks are protected. Block permissions are cached for one minute.
Enhanced zombies
Added enhanced zombies with a spawn egg and configurable equipment. They keep vanilla zombie behavior and can build towers to reach targets at least two blocks above them and within range. They place a block beneath themselves, then jump to keep building.
Choose swords, axes, pickaxes, shovels, or hoes made from wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond, or netherite. Zombies use iron swords by default and have a 10% chance to drop their tool when killed.
Tower settings include the block type, height (1-10 blocks), build chance, cooldown, and an on/off toggle. Defaults are cobblestone, a five-block maximum, a 5% chance per tick when the conditions are met, and a cooldown of 40.
Configuration
The mod creates config/legendaryherobrine-common.toml on the first run. New features can be disabled there.
herobrine.spawnsNaturally = false herobrine.breakableBlocks = [list of blocks] herobrine.pickaxeBreakableBlocks = [optional separate list] enhancedZombie.enabled = true enhancedZombie.toolType = "sword" enhancedZombie.toolMaterial = "iron" enhancedZombie.towerBuildingEnabled = true enhancedZombie.towerBlock = "minecraft:cobblestone" enhancedZombie.towerMaxHeight = 5 enhancedZombie.towerBuildChance = 0.05 enhancedZombie.towerBuildCooldown = 40
