LC Bubbles
A simple mod created to LCSMP that show bubbles of what is written on chat

This mod adds chat bubbles when a player send a chat message. Every player can custom their one bubble color using the command:
/bubblecolor <color>
or
/bubblecolor <r> <g> <b>
