* Fixed bug where adjacent blocks didn't properly react to networked devices (e.g. ME conduits failing to connect).
* Reduced work rate of the level maintainer; players that want to increase refill rate should increase batch size.
* Bumped up to Forge 14.23.5.2847, AE2 rv6-stable-7, JEI 4.15.0.291.
