- **Recurrent Injury Adjustments:** Repeated injuries to the same body part reset rehabilitation progress but can reduce the required exercise workload based on injury history and severity.
- **Medical Interface Improvements:** Added rehabilitation programs, injury history, exercise objectives, timers, and recovery progress.
- **Critical Warnings:** Added notifications for missed rehabilitation, increasing workloads, and approaching permanent disability.

### Changed
- **Death and Injury Reset:** Ordinary injuries are still cleared upon death.
- **Permanent Disability Persistence:** Body parts that have permanently lost their functionality remain disabled after death, world reloads, and game restarts.

- Permanent disabilities cannot be reversed.
- Each body part is tracked independently.
- Rehabilitation is separate from injury treatment and begins only after the injury has fully healed.
