Added command /killall [override Config (True:false)] [dimension ID]
Can be used to kill all entities in all dimensions, or can be used to kill all entities in a certain dimension, as well as using the override (True:false) to override the config options
Added command /RLConfig [add/remove]
Can be used to modify the config and update it whilst in game.
