PLEASE NOTE: If one of the Ladysnake mods is asking you to install this, it's most likely that you don't have the latest version of Minecraft Forge!
LadyLib is the main library used by the Ladysnake mods. Although it is by default included as a contained dependency in those, you can always download the latest version from here if you are having problems of if we fucked something up.
If you wish to use it in one of your mods, please do so! It's right there. You might also want to have a look at the Javadoc.
