What's new

Fixes 2 major issues with NPC spawning. Slayer's had no cap and posed a server crash threat with hundreds loaded at once. Demon spawning was broken and they never respawned after 1 in-game day passed. Both are fixed alongside some other minor fixes for the Halloween update and prestige fixes.
