Kill Confirmed
Turn every real player death into a structured dog tag that records what happened and can follow your server's drop or respawn rules.
What a tag records
- Owner, killer, death message and game time.
- Dimension, coordinates and experience level.
- A server-created signature and death identifier for reliable tracking.
Delivery policy
For Minecraft 1.21.1, server owners choose one delivery mode in config/kill_confirmed.json: AT_DEATH_POSITION drops the tag where the player died (the default), while ON_RESPAWN_INVENTORY gives it back after respawning. These modes do not create two copies of the same tag. Pick up a tag and hover over it in your inventory to read its details.
Getting started
Install the file matching your Minecraft version and loader, together with its listed dependencies, on both client and server. Tags are created by player deaths; no crafting recipe or command is needed to obtain a death record.
Compatibility
Available for the supported Fabric and NeoForge versions listed on the Files tab. RinLib is required.
Download and support
Use the Files tab for exact game-version and loader files. Report reproducible problems through the project GitHub Issues page.
