Shared runtime library for RinChan Minecraft mods.

RinLib keeps stable cross-version contracts in one place so dependent gameplay mods remain small. Version 0.4.0 adds the portable denomination payment planner used by Paid Waystones and publishes matching Fabric, Forge and NeoForge profiles for all of its supported targets.

RinLib is normally installed automatically as a required dependency.
