- Made daggers count as weapons

- Gave daggers their special ability - double damage when attacking from behind

- Made crushed ender deal damage again

- Made bridge blocks only able to place blocks that endermen can

- Add a config option to blacklist TNT from the list of blocks bridges can place (default off)

- Made jewel and blaze soups not be completely overpowered

- Made config work again (hopefully)
