(Originally part of Various Oddities for 1.12)
As the name suggests, this mod mostly just reimplements the campfire of 1.14 onwards into 1.12!
There are a couple notable differences to vanilla however:
Instead of crafting a campfire, you have to build it! Shift + right-click on the ground with a stick to get started, then add more sticks and finally ignite the bundle with flint or a flint & steel to finish up. You can then right click on any corner on the top of the campfire to add a raw food item (including most modded ones) for free cooking.
Additionally, coloured smoke signals! Use red, yellow, green, or white dye on a lit campfire to change the colour of its smoke.
