- Fixed the Aqua Pad's "ballistic" tendencies
- Fully fixed bucket interaction w/ the Aqua Pad
- Decreased the explosion "power" of the Ballistic Pad a very slight amount
- (Still reverse compatible w/ 1.6.2)
