Merry Christmas!

- Refurbished the config file

- The config option to toggle the light sensor actually works now

- The in-game config GUI actually works now too

- Simplified a lot of logic for the pads

- The Aqua Pad can now fill ANY container that can hold water, and rinse ANY dyed armor!

- Changed the recipe for the Aqua Pad (less water buckets, more iron ingots)

- The Ballistic Pad's explosions aren't as unpredictable

- File structure reorganized

- All mod information is now handled in the code

- All recipes have been properly given Ore Dictionary compatibility

- Added a plugin handler to manage inter-mod compatibility
