Added a new feature

• Endure (Default Key = ,)
  Reduces cooldown of combat moves with a chance to exhaust you (reduces speed and curse energy regen)
  
  
• Cursed Energy Regeneration Atrribute
  There is now an attribute (jujutsufin:cursed_energy_regen) that allows you to change a player's cursed energy regen. this attribute can be put on items or players through commands.
  
  I also fixed some bugs hopefully.
