What's new
Added 'Output' command that lets you scale your own damage down when fighting weaker players. You get +20% output for 30 seconds whenever you Black Flash.
Added 'Burnout Reset', locked behind an advancement (currently unobtainable), using it too much gives you brain damage. It resets your unstable and gives you Fatigue every time you use it.
