Added loose target kill missiles to config. Laggy servers will just kill your missiles because it couldn't send the new radar ping in time. So if this is set to false then you only need to lock onto a radar ping once and the missile will do the rest of the work from there. This makes it less realistic but laggy server is more annoying. You get to decide.
