Requires NeoForge 21.1.77 or later. This version is NOT compatible with MinecraftForge.
New: Mortar block
A new crafting block for making mochi. Craft it with stone and wooden planks.
New: Mochi pounding mechanic
Rice cakes (mochi) are no longer made at the crafting table. Instead:
- Place a Mortar down.
- Right-click it with Rice to load it.
- Right-click with a Pestle repeatedly (10 times) to pound the rice. The mortar visually changes as you pound.
- Right-click the completed mortar empty-handed to collect 4 Rice Cakes.
If you change your mind mid-way, right-clicking without an item returns the rice.
New: Anglerfish is now hostile
The Anglerfish mob will now actively target and attack nearby players. Keep your distance in deep oceans.
Improved mob visuals
Entity models and textures for all aquatic mobs (eel, crab, tuna, clam, asari clam, turban shell, anglerfish) have been improved.
Updated textures
Rock salt block and trona ore have new textures.
Changes
- Rice cake can no longer be crafted at a crafting table — use the Mortar (see above).
- The in-game Patchouli guidebook has been removed.
