Fixed the skyblock preset from not showing up in the world settings.

Separate world daylight/weather cycle changes:

Daylight cycles are now separate for separate worlds but start at the same time, so that they are synchronised from the start and sleeping only skips the night for that players world.

Weather cycles are kept synchronised apart from if someone sleeps through a thunderstorm now, where it skips it for that world only (instead of skipping it for all worlds) and then once the thunderstorm clears for all worlds, it will then resynch with them.

Quest changes:

Fixed quests that required players to obtain a list of items.

Quests that require players to obtain a list of items now visually show a list of the items in the quest description which tracks the items for you by crossing them out and turning green as you obtain them. Custom quests made in the quest maker that require players to obtain a list of items now also have this new tracking/list system.

Quests that require players to obtain a list of items are no longer required to all be in your inventory at the same time, they are marked as complete as you obtain each separate item.

Custom made quests using the quest maker now have their own unique quest marker icon so that you can easily tell if a quest was made by a player or is an original.
