Who is Rayne?
Rayne is a YouTuber who has reviewed two of my mods (KAGIC and Mob Mash) and made a popular Let's Play series about the former. As I am no longer developing KAGIC, I felt that I'd make a thanks to every YouTuber who has actively supported my mods. This is just the beginning of a series adding other YouTubers (RGX Universe, DanMineKing, SimAlley Gaming, you're next!)
How do I use this?
Two commands can be used to test it out, /nextraynefalltime gives you when the next raynestorm will occur in minutes and game days. If you want to see the raynestorm for yourself, just do /toggleraynefall and it will turn it on or off depending if there is a raynestorm currently going on.
...and what is a "raynestorm?"
Raynes will fall from the sky. Most will die on impact with the ground, but if they land in water or on a slime block, they'll survive and depending on their preloaded AI, will either be murderers, killing innocent Raynes, or detectives, killing the murderers. The raynestorm stops either after half a day, or when about 300 entities are created. Raynes despawn, so if your town is suddenly a mess of Raynes, just travel away for a moment and when you come back they should be all gone.

No. I don't even know if he will publicly acknowledge it, all I know for certain is that he's seen it and is impressed.
Is this an advertisement?
Not explicitly, I'm a man who likes putting his smaller projects in the public scope as a means of generating a portfolio. This is no different except it had an actual backstory that wasn't just "I was bored."
Will you continue this?
If enough people ask, I'll upgrade to 1.12 and beyond. I don't see any reason for more feature additions. As stated previously, I will be making more mods like this for other YouTubers, I'll just need to find a pun that I can incorporate into Minecraft.
