Iron & Nouveau 0.17.33

Requires Ars Conflux 0.1.42 or newer.

• Support shared Confluence and optional school percentage spell-power attributes while retaining native Iron spell-power calculations.
• Preserve school snapshots in managed native self-casting, persistent movement effects and paid area/emitter leases, including restored emitters and wisps.
• Keep resource accounts, trigger payments, healing, native timing and ordinary Iron casting behavior intact. New percentage attributes default to 0.
• Include third-party notices in source distributions as well as binary releases.

Also includes the armor-fusion migration from 0.17.32: optional armor fusion and armor-tier toughness now belong to the separate Ars Fusion mod. Existing fused equipment remains compatible; Iron & Nouveau's old settings no longer create new fusion or apply extra toughness.
