Added

Added a new glancing spark effect for attacks that are deflected by mail or hard armor. The sparks follow the target’s surface direction and use a new animated particle set.

Added a dedicated attack lock for exhausted mobs. Mobs with no stamina can no longer continue normal movement-based attacks until they recover.

Combat Improvements

Slime attacks now preserve their intended knockback against players, even when armor completely prevents the incoming damage.

Slimes now deal at least 10% of their Body Damage when striking an armored player without being blocked.

Improved armor impact feedback. Hard armor deflections now produce a larger burst of glancing sparks.

Low-damage hits that partially penetrate armor can now produce a smaller spark effect.

Side and back attacks that penetrate armor now receive clearer critical-hit audio feedback.

Epic Fight Compatibility

Exhausted Epic Fight mobs now have their active attack animations interrupted more reliably.

Added protection against repeatedly interrupting the same Epic Fight animation during a single game tick.

Epic Fight mobs can no longer bypass stamina restrictions through modded attack animations.

Epic Knights Compatibility

Improved the generated equipment pool used when Epic Knights is installed.

Skeletons and Wither Skeletons now have a chance to replace their original weapon with a rusted Epic Knights weapon.

Mobs using the Epic Knights equipment pool now have a chance to spawn with a corrupted round shield.

Improved armor replacement to prevent vanilla and Epic Knights equipment from being mixed unintentionally.

Prevented Skeletons from spawning with invalid chest-only Epic Knights armor layouts.

Iron & Blood now disables Epic Knights’ separate monster equipment pass when managing equipment itself, reducing duplicate or conflicting equipment generation.

Fixes

Fixed exhausted mobs continuing to approach or attack their targets.

Fixed some Epic Fight mob attacks continuing after stamina was depleted.

Fixed armor deflections suppressing Slime knockback.

Improved generated equipment replacement and drop-chance handling.
