# Iris DH Texture Backport

Iris DH Texture Backport adds Distant Horizons texture support to Iris 1.8.14 on Minecraft 1.21.1. It lets compatible shader packs display block textures on distant terrain, helping the landscape blend more naturally with the world around you

Install it in your client's `mods` folder alongside Iris and Distant Horizons, then select a shader pack that supports Distant Horizons terrain textures.
