Changed
- Managed-effect restoration after death is enabled by default for newly generated server configurations.
- Server and world owners can disable it with:
keepManagedEffectsAfterDeath = false
- Existing worlds retain their previously saved configuration value.
- Redesigned Presets into a responsive left-list/right-preview workspace.
- Added compact preset cards and responsive one-column/two-column effect previews.
- Improved contextual action grouping and preset-selection synchronization.
- Improved the Effect Manager viewport when Minecraft GUI Scale is set to Auto.
- Explicit GUI Scale choices remain unchanged.
- The production JAR is compiled against Forge 47.4.10 and supports Forge 47.4.10–47.4.22.
Fixed
- My Preset rendering crashes involving literal user-entered text
- Save Current as Preset crash
- Duplicate, Rename, and Delete selection-state inconsistencies
- My Preset action buttons remaining disabled until switching tabs
- Intermittent preset deletion and rendering instability
- Tooltip visibility and truncation behavior
- GUI Scale Auto pointer, tooltip, scrolling, and clipping alignment
Behavior Notes
- Loading a preset prepares the Effects editor and does not apply effects immediately.
- Clear removes only effects managed by Intesa Effect Manager.
- External command, potion, beacon, and other-mod effects remain untouched.
- Presets containing blocked or unavailable effects skip those entries safely.
- The death-restoration setting is an Intesa Effect Manager server configuration, not a Minecraft Game Rule.
Compatibility
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47.4.10–47.4.22
- Java 17
- Client and server installation
- Matching mod version required on client and server
Upgrade Notes
- Existing worlds and managed-effect data remain compatible.
- Existing My Presets JSON is preserved.
- Existing worlds retain their previously saved death-restoration setting.
- Backing up worlds and configuration before updating is recommended.
