Forge 1.20.1 release of Intesa Effect Manager.

Features:
- Configurable Effect Manager key binding (default: U)
- Searchable graphical effect-selection interface
- Responsive one-column and two-column layouts
- Apply multiple timed or infinite effects
- Effect levels from 1 to 255
- Configurable durations from 1 to 86400 seconds
- Persistent managed-effect state across world and server restarts
- Restores checkbox, level, Infinity, and duration values after reopening a world
